Stylish and functional, The Green Room is designed to cater to a wide range of corporate events. Its sophisticated furnishings include an array of café tables, cozy lounge seating, and an impressive boardroom setup.  

LOCATION:  200 King Street West

The Green Room is close to public transit and all the other downtown conveniences. Paid parking is available onsite.

HOURS OF OPERATION:

Monday to Friday from 8am - 10pm. Closed on weekends and holidays.

The Green Room is a versatile venue with a convenient kitchenette,  AV equipment,  Wi-Fi, and flexible furniture.

How can I book The Green Room?

Exclusive to Quadreal tenants, The Green Room is available for booking via QuadReal+, our tenant portal. 

How do I access QuadReal+?

QuadReal+ is our convenient tenant portal, it is available as both as a digital app and via your desktop.  To register using the web via your browser visit www.quadrealplus.com.

If you prefer the app, visit your preferred device store to download the application.  

Signing up is easy, click REGISTER and fill out the required fields, finalize the process by clicking the checkbox to accept the terms and conditions. A registration code will be required for secure access to your office property through the app. 

Once in QuadReal+, you can find The Green Room in the Amenity section.
